Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website.
1. Who these terms apply to
This website is operated by Rogers & Co., a founder-owned business operating in South Africa. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Information, not advice
The content of this website is general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, security or financial advice, and no consulting relationship is created by reading it or by contacting us. Advice is provided only under a signed engagement with defined scope and terms.
3. Engagements
All consulting engagements are governed by their own written agreement, which takes precedence over these website terms. Quotes, timelines or indicative pricing communicated informally (including via WhatsApp) are estimates until confirmed in an engagement letter.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Rogers & Co. unless otherwise indicated. You may view, download and print pages for your own use, but you may not reproduce or exploit the content commercially without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to breach this website's security, probe or scan it for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, introduce malicious code, or use its content or contact channels to send spam. (If you find a genuine security issue, we'd welcome a responsible disclosure to info@rogersbs.co.za.)
6. Third-party links and services
This website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law — including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where it applies — Rogers & Co. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our PAIA Manual.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force.
